From June 9th 2025

We're delighted to have Chris as a new member of the Urchins team. Chris will be joining us on June 9th 2025 as both a gallery steward and artist. You'll find her stewarding Urchins each Monday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Under the banner of her brand name FluffyStuff, Chris knits in both yarn and silver wire to create a range of apparel and unique jewellery. Pop in, say hello and take a look at the earrings, bracelets and necklaces that Chris will be offering for sale in Urchins Gallery.

Call for New Artists

We currently have 1 space available in our gallery and gift shop. We believe in being very fair to our artists and have three different price plans to choose from, depending on the amount of space you need.

***Please note we currently have no space for 2D work (Framed Art and Prints), however you may wish to contact us about our guest exhibition space***

If you are an independent UK artist and make high quality, individual, handmade items and you are interested in selling your work in Urchins Gallery please email

Please include at least three good quality pictures of your work and a brief description of what you make. We will then send you the appropriate forms and information to make an application.

Congratulations to everyone who came and saw Neil's fabulous exhibition of his beautiful resin artwork. His work flew out the door and we know a few people were disappointed to miss out on a couple of items. Never fear, as Neil is coming back to exhibit again in November!
